There are several products (found by searching ‘snack sticks chopsticks’ or some variant thereof) designed for this, which take the form of a conjoined pair of short chopsticks with finger loops for easier grip; I haven’t gotten around to trying mine but they seem potentially worth looking into if chopsticks are less than maximally convenient.
